Niclas is the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Co-founder of Occtoo with over 20 years of experience as an entrepreneur in different countries and running several successful companies in the CX findustry. Niclas envisions to build a company that fosters on creating a disruptive trend when it comes to launching/scaling digital initiatives. As a leader, Niclas aims to create a progressive and global workplace fit for a modern lifestyle with the company’s remote-first policy.

Jimmy Ekbäck, CTO

Jimmy Ekbäck is co-founder and Chief Technology Officer (CTO) at Occtoo. Jimmys combined passion for new technology and frustration over legacy technology holding CX professionals back from launching innovative ideas is what brought the seed of Occtoo to life. Prior to founding Occtoo, Jimmy has founded and acted as CTO at inRiver, a globally recognized Product Information Management System.
